Kudos’ to your auto dealership and, in particular, to your salesperson Dave Martin. Being a senior person who is long in the tooth, I have had several new car buying opportunities in my life time. Recently, I visited St. Louis Honda and subsequently purchased a 2007 CRV from Dave Martin. This was the most satisfying new car buying experience I have ever had. Dave was not only courteous and attentive but he possessed that rare quality today: He listens. He made me feel he truly was listening to my inquiries and needs. I now more fully understand why your dealerships win quality awards year after year. Keep up the good work. Recently, I was at the dry cleaners and discovered my '07 Pilot had a flat from a nail I had run over. First I called my husband, who I could not get a hold of. I went to change the tire when I discovered that the wheel lock key, that came with the wheel locks we had purchased with the Pilot, was missing. I called my salesperson, Kenny Rauth, who asked where I was located. He proceeded to the cleaners with a master set of wheel lock keys and changed my flat for me and called ahead to the dealer for service to replace the tire. This is service after the sale!! Everyone at the dealer brags about the President's Award and how many times you've received it...now I know why. Again, Thank You Mr. Mungenast and I will continue to send my friend's and family. I dread buying a new car, but I had decided it was time to trade in my eight-year old Accord. I have had good experiences with two other Honda dealerships in town, but with highway 64 closed I thought I would try St.Louis Honda. I can't say enough about my salesperson, Chris Robinson. He made the buying experience not only pleasant, but very low key. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. When I had decided I was going to buy and had chosen the model, Chris reviewed the incoming stock with me to be sure I had every available choice. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and efficient. My experience was very positive and not only would I recommend St. Louis Honda, I would highly recommend requesting Chris Robinson as your salesman. different color that the one I test drove and that was something I didnt expect

numbers throughout the deal. I will only shop with this dealer in the future
and will be telling everyone I know looking for a car to go straight to Rick

We asked Rick to help us with our search because he had sold us a 1998 Civic LX last Summer for our daughter. I knew he is good at his job from that experience. My expectations was 4-6 weeks for Rick to find us a '06 Civic we liked. Rick called us in less than a week. Our '06 Black Honda Civic EX Sedan was exactly what we were looking for and surpassed our needs for a fair price.
